1. Eliminate gender discrimination in the recruitment and employment process. Eliminating gender discrimination in employment is the basis for protecting the labor rights and interests of female employees. When our company employs female employees, it shall sign labor (employment) contracts or service agreements with them in accordance with the law. The labor (employment) contracts or service agreements shall include special protection clauses for female employees, and shall not stipulate restrictions on female employees' marriage and childbirth.
2. Pregnant female workers shall have antenatal check-ups during working hours, and the required time shall be included in working hours. If a female employee cannot adapt to the original labor during pregnancy, our company will reduce the workload or arrange other suitable labor according to the certificate of the medical institution. For female employees who are pregnant for more than 7 months, our company shall not extend working hours or arrange night shift work, and shall arrange certain rest periods during working hours. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of female employees, their wages shall not be reduced because of childbirth. Therefore, if the maternity living allowance enjoyed by female employees is lower than the salary standard before maternity leave, the employer should make up the difference. For female employees who are breastfeeding babies under 1 year old, our company shall not extend their working hours or arrange night shift work.
3. Implement equal pay for equal work for men and women. Women have equal rights with men to receive welfare benefits. The principle of equality between men and women shall be adhered to, and women shall not be discriminated against in terms of promotion, promotion, appraisal and appointment of professional and technical titles and positions, and training.
